Be Cosmetic Clinic in Sheffield does not offer wheelchair access as the toilet facilities are downstairs/upstairs and there is no lift on site. There are, however, handrails leading up and down the staircase but no handrails in the toilets. There is no ramp onsite for wheelchair access through the front doors, so we are unable to carry out on site consultations. We can offer consultations via FaceTime or Skype and can perform treatments at our sister practice: Hammersmith Hospital, which has disability access. 

For visually impaired patients, we offer the opportunity to have an escorted tour of the public areas of the practice to help to familiarise them with the layout of the building.
